2.Ship Your Order or Orders Back
When you create a change request, send us your invoice with the cargo shipment code given before your change period expires.
3.Pick Your Exchange Orders
When your cargo delivered to us, it will be checked and created as a change coupon code equal to your change amount and delivered as SMS. With this coupon code, you can use your exchange balance in your order for exchange products (within 60 days).
You can change the product or products that you will exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt, in the original packaging, provided that the label has not been broken off and has not lost its salability. Except for defective or wrong product shipments, you cover the shipping costs for all exchanges while we send them for exchange, and you cover the exchange cargo when sending. In this way, exchange shipping costs are covered half as a company and customer.

For abroad orders there is no exchange or return procedure. Please pay attention to this when you create your orders.
